- Originality & Exclusivity: Many items are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited runs. Once sold, they cannot be restocked or resold.
- Custom Work: Commissions and personalized pieces are tailored specifically to the buyer and cannot be returned or resold.
- Artistic Integrity: Each piece reflects the artist’s vision and process. Subjective preferences or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we do not offer refunds, we want your experience to be positive. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damage
- Your order number
- Packaging condition
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
